The drinks menu features classic and signature cocktails and a curated wine selection. One noteworthy cocktail is the “Liquid Gold,” which includes Malfy Gin Originale, Massenez Poire Williams Eau-de-Vie, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, lavender bitters, and a dash of Sofia’s own extra virgin olive oil, made from olives grown in the family’s chemical-free grove in the Peloponnese region.
