November 12 can’t come fast enough in our opinion. It’s the blessed day when James Bond’s 25th outing, No Time to Die, is released in cinemas. We’ve been teased with trailers, official posters and even a montage of action-packed fight scenes and now, a brand-new podcast.
No Time To Die: The Official James Bond Podcast features exclusive interviews and unrivalled behind-the-scenes access to one of the world’s favourite film franchises. The podcast will be hosted by film critic James King and is a six-part series featuring actors Daniel Craig, Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux, Lashana Lynch, Jeffrey Wright, Naomie Harris, Ana de Armas, Rory Kinnear and Billy Magnussen.
Director Cary Joji Fukunaga and producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli will also make an appearance, as will Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell — who perform the theme song.
Each episode will focus on different aspects of the James Bond legacy, from music to costumes to cars, to the amazing locations and spectacular stunts. There will also be an exclusive listen to a score written by Hans Zimmer — the composer behind the famous Bond music. It truly is the perfect companion to the film.
Below is a breakdown of the episodes — in case you’re more interested in one thing over the other — or you can just listen to all six when they are released on September 30.
★ Episode One: Bond in Context
★ Episode Two: Bond Around the World
★ Episode Three: A Name to Die For: Allies and Enemies of Bond
★ Episode Four: The Craft of Bond
★ Episode Five: Clothes, Tech and Cars
★ Episode Six: Being 007
The 25th instalment in the franchise — and Craig’s final outing — will follow Bond after his retirement. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission: to rescue a kidnapped scientist, which turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.
No Time To Die: The Official James Bond Podcast launched September 30 across all major podcast platforms and No Time to Die will hit cinemas across Australia on April 1, 2021.
