Anthony and Claudean: A Hubby and wife wanting a My Kitchen Rules win. Which is probably why they entered this reality TV series, aye.
Anthony is a chill Samoan who has a reputation for being friendly, patient, and calm. Meanwhile, Claudean is a fiery Italian who has a reputation for being loud, opinionated, and a tough egg.
As a unit, they run a food stall in Queensland, where they sell traditional Italian dishes, sauces, and desserts.
Yet, having expertise in one cuisine won’t make them My Kitchen Rules royalty. So, do they have the variety it takes to leave this competition on top?
Here’s everything we know about Anthony, Claudean, and this pair’s My Kitchen Rules stint.Â
Anthony and Claudean vs. My Kitchen Rules
When it comes to winning My Kitchen Rules, Anthony and Claudean believe that they have the right dynamic.
In a press release, Anthony called their team, “Awesome.”
Likewise, Claudean said, “We are the A-team in life and in the kitchen. I am the leader and often change my mind.”
What’s more, Anthony and Claudean believe that they can use this dynamic to create some amazing food. Anthony’s signature dish is Italian chicken, while Claudean’s signature dish is a plate of iconic spaghetti and meatballs.
Now, it’s worth noting that Anthony and Claudean can cook more than Italian food. Anthony claims he can whip up some incredible Chinese entrees. This versatility might help them excel in the competition.
Anthony and Claudean’s Competitors
When it comes to the competition, Anthony is concerned about Chris. However, Claudean believes that she can’t be beaten.
According to Claudean, “Everyone is very stressed about cooking at Kitchen HQ.”
My Kitchen Rules premieres at 7.30pm on Monday, September 4. It will be airing on both Channel 7 and the 7plus app.
