‘The Real Love Boat’: Meet Naomi, Who’s Looking for Love

If you love love, if you love sexy singles, if you love glamorous European destinations, boy, does 10 have a show for you!

Where’s Bachie gone? No one knows. Instead, 10 is giving us a brand new dating show that’s essentially Love Island on a boat, and to be honest, we’re into it!

The Real Love Boat takes place aboard the Princess Cruises ship, Regal Princess, and will see our contestants travel the seas — visiting picturesque locations in Spain, Greece, France, Italy, Turkey and Montenegro along the way — as they search for a lasting love match.

One of our sexy singles hoping to find love aboard the Regal Princess is 28-year-old business manager Naomi Tibbles, from Queensland.

Tibbles grew up in Sydney’s western suburbs, but relocated to the Gold Coast in search of fun in the sun. Now, she’s looking for love and hoping that the adventure of The Real Love Boat will steer her towards her soulmate.

When it comes to Tibbles’ dream date, she’s all about doing something “super fun!”

“Bowling, going on a hot air balloon, learning something new like pottery or cooking, fishing, or even a cruise on a super yacht eating yummy seafood,” are all options, Tibbles said in a press statement.

For Tibbles, her perfect match would be someone who values “honesty… loyalty and adventure” who also knows how to communicate well. Still, they’ll also have a fun, silly side, and be keen on self-development.

As for her dealbreakers and red flags, Tibbles would turn away anyone who’s into lying or cheating, anyone with “wandering eyes”, as well as “someone who cannot communicate their emotions, and someone [who] doesn’t work on themselves”.

On the flipside, Tibbles admits that she “can be untrusting and jealous”, and sometimes needs “a lot of reassurance” from her partner, which she fears may be off-putting to her potential loves.

Hosted by Darren McMullen, The Real Love Boat also features Cruise Director Hannah Ferrier — who Bravo heads will recognise from Below Deck Mediterranean — as well as Head of Entertainment Daniel Doody, and Princess Cruises’ Captain Paolo Arrigo.

Will any of our singles find love and never let go? Or will it be a titanic disaster? Only time will tell.

The Real Love Boat airs at 8.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays, only on 10 and 10 Play on Demand.
