After months of high anticipation, the wait is finally over and The Challenge Australia has officially landed on our screens thanks to Network Ten.
ICYMI, The Challenge Australia throws 22 of our nation’s most beloved (or most loathed, depending on who you ask) reality stars together as they battle it through a series of challenges for a cash prize of $200,000.
Challenges include physically-demanding events that rival those of SAS Australia and Australian Survivor and the intensely stressful social experiment of living with 21 extremely good-looking people a la Love Island and Bachelor in Paradise.
Did we mention that some of the contestants are also exes? The Challenge Australia is hosted by Brihony Dawson.
In a press statement, Network Ten promised that the new reality series would “be like nothing we’ve seen before on Australian TV. It’s high impact, high intensity and will push the contestants to their absolute best”.
