Big Brother Royalty Vs New Contenders is in full swing, and already, New Contender Joel Notley has caused quite a stir.
Right off the bat, Notley cemented himself as an absolute challenge beast when he won the first two challenges of the season back to back.
He’s also caused a bit of a stir after he broke up with fellow New Contender Aleisha Campbell, despite the fact that the couple… were never officially dating to begin with.
When Notley’s not competing on Big Brother Royalty Vs New Contenders, he’s keeping busy with study and work.
Currently, Notley is pursuing his Bachelor of Technology in Renewable Energy Technologies, and works a number of odd jobs that range from working part-time at Bunnings, being a builder, and dabbling in modelling.
A self-described “dream man”, Joel loves to impress the ladies with his vegan cooking, and his enthusiasm for cleaning. He takes pride in being the perfect boyfriend and maintaining friendships with his exes, but we’ll have to wait and see what Aleisha has to say about that one, maybe.
Aside from his physical strength, Notley said in his pre-show Q&A that his strengths are his “ability to read people and adapt to suit their personalities”. As for his weaknesses, he said that he “possibly” talks too much.
When it comes to what’s most likely to annoy him in the house, Notley said that he gets frustrated with “people not sticking to their plans or pulling out last minute”, which is of course something that happens a lot when it comes to alliances and evictions in the Big Brother house.
Will Joel be able to charm his way to the end and be crowned the winner of Big Brother Royalty Vs New Contenders? Only time will tell. Until then…
Big Brother Royalty Vs New Contenders airs Monday – Wednesdays, only on Channel 7 and 7 Plus.
