Who doesn’t love a pizza party? Especially when the pizzas are the brainchild of some of Australia’s best chefs. Think, cured pork and pineapple, and swimmer crab with salt cod XO. So not your average pepperoni or Margherita pizza. Instead, the guest chefs will be drawing on flavour combinations inspired by their upbringing and roots.
The first pizza party kicks off this March, hosted by Momofuku Seiōbo’s Paul Carmichael, who will be taking guests to the beaches of Barbados with his funky Caribbean-inspired pizzas. The menu which is $70 per person includes a range of pizzas, snacks and dessert.
