She shares one very special thing in common with The Bachelorette Brooke Blurton, and that is the both of them are youth workers.
23-year-old Taje is loyal, empathetic, protective and always follows her gut when it’s time to make a decision. Supporting her community is incredibly important to her and she’s looking for a partner who stands supportively by her side throughout her endeavours.
Her dream date is going for a bushwalk, having a picnic then going for a swim afterwards, but what’s more important is the connection she shares with Brooke.
“I prefer to stay single than date someone for the sake of it,” she told Ten. She’s confident in her abilities to woo Brooke, saying, “I know who I am and what I stand for, which is why I believe I would make a great partner for Brooke.”
Whether or not she can keep the spark alive will have to be seen, but we’re totally on Team Taje.
Brooke is the first Indigenous and pansexual Bachelorette the franchise has ever seen, and in a move that has never been done before, the contestants on this year’s season are a mix of men and women.
From a former contestant on The Bachelor to a carpenter who can build a bench in a few minutes, the latest season of the show is definitely going to be an interesting one.
The Bachelorette Australia airs at 7.30pm every Wednesday and Thursday on Channel 10 and 10play.
