Unless you’ve been living under a rock — or maybe just busy with the festive season — you’ll likely be aware that The Bachelors Australia is just around the corner, and promising us a summer of love.
This year, though, it’s time to get ready for an all-new version of The Bachelor Australia — starting with the title, which is now The BachelorS Australia, plural.
That’s right! This year, Ten is serving us three Bachelors, in sports commentator and marketing manager Felix Von Hofe, drummer Jed McIntosh and restaurant manager Thomas Malucelli. But that’s not where the changes end.
This year, The Bachelors Australia is shedding all the aesthetics we’ve come to associate with the long-running reality dating competition. Aside from the fact that they’ve packed up and moved filming up to Queensland’s sunny Gold Coast, they left all the fairy lights and candles behind.
Instead, the women will reside in a sleek, modern, waterfront mansion, and the new Bachelors’ pad is all about those penthouse, skyscraping views.
Of course, at the end of the day, our Bachelors are still looking for true, everlasting romance, and if the promos are anything to go by, at least one of them will pop the question by the end of the series.
All in all, it’s set to be an exciting season, so there’s never been a better time to get to know our eligible Bachelors, and the women vying for their hearts’.
