Set Your Egg Timers — Here’s When ‘My Kitchen Rules’ Kicks Off

In the great war between networks, MasterChef Australia has gone into slumber. However, in its absence, another titan awakes. From the chambers of Channel 7, My Kitchen Rules roars, “I will start soon.”

That’s right, My Kitchen Rules is just around the corner. Which means we have more cooking drama to cosy up with each night. And honestly, we cannot wait. We simply love white women weeping over burnt vegetables and broken desserts.

What’s more, we’re not the only ones excited for the return of My Kitchen Rules. Both Manu Feildel and Colin Fassnidge, the hosts of this series, have spoken highly of the latest season.

“It’s always a pleasure working on MKR,” Manu said in a press release. “Even better this year as I got to work with one of my best mates: Colin Fassnidge. We had a lot of fun filming this season. I love travelling around this beautiful country and discovering home cooks every year.”

Meanwhile, Colin noted, “The competition is really good this year, the contestants have stepped it up.”

So, if you’re on the same page as Manu and Colin, here’s when My Kitchen Rules starts.

When Does My Kitchen Rules Start?

My Kitchen Rules starts at 7.30pm on Monday, September 4. It will be airing on both Channel 7 and the 7plus app. If you miss this episode, you can catch up using 7plus.

What’s more, the second episode of My Kitchen Rules starts at 7.30pm on Tuesday, September 5. The third also starts at 7.30pm on Wednesday, September 6.

Typically, My Kitchen Rules has a Sunday episode that starts at 7.00pm. However, at this stage, we do not know if this season will continue this tradition. If it does, then My Kitchen Rules will air Sundays through Wednesday each week.
