My Kitchen Rules is filmed all around Australia. This is because its Instant Restaurant rounds are filmed in the homes of each contestant. For instance, the Radha and Prabha episode was filmed in Western Sydney. Meanwhile, the Sonia and Marcus episode was filmed in Adelaide.Â
However, My Kitchen Rules has a central hub: Kitchen HQ. After the Instant Restaurant rounds take place, a majority of the series is filmed here.
But where exactly is Kitchen HQ? Here’s what we know.
Where My Kitchen Rules Is Filmed
Kitchen HQ is located somewhere in Sydney, but if you want any more official details than that, good luck. According to Now To Love, Channel 7 has refused to divulge Kitchen HQ’s actual location. However, a number of My Kitchen Rules fans have speculated that this HQ is the inner west.Â
As one fan posted in the Media Spy forum, “I was in Sydney last year and went to Surry Hills to see it for myself. It is the local office for Paramount Pictures, and Seven is paying the property owners to use it as the facade for Kitchen HQ. I know the real one is in Redfern, close to Carriageworks.”
Now, it’s worth noting that this information hasn’t been confirmed by us, so take it with a grain of salt.Â
But regardless of where My Kitchen Rules is filmed, we’re so stoked for the Kitchen HQ cook-offs. This is because every contestant in the 2023 season is bringing some great feeds to our screens.
My Kitchen Rules airs Mondays through Wednesdays. It is on both Channel 7 and the 7plus app. It is on both Channel 7 and the 7plus app.
