Colin From Accounts is back for a second season, and if you’re in the mood for a comedy that will actually make you laugh, this is a show that will deliver. Season 2 of the BINGE original series is finally here, and we can’t help but wonder: where was Colin From Accounts filmed?!
Season 2 of Colin From Accounts opens with Ashley (Harriet Dyer) and Gordon (Patrick Brammall) now living together, after they were brought together by a nipple flash, an accident, and an injured dog back in Season 1. Now, they’re trying to get their beloved Colin (that’s the dog, FYI) back from his new owners, and mayhem is sure to ensue in the process.

The show is a homegrown hit, and premiered to a certified fresh score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Starring Patrick Brammall and Harriet Dyer, who co-created and wrote the series together, Colin From Accounts is a rom-com that’s perfect for your next cosy winter night.
Of course, as the show has gained popularity online, it’s only natural that viewers, both Australian and international, would be curious about the show’s filming locations. So, let’s dive in.
Where Was Colin From Accounts Filmed?
For Colin From Accounts, inner west is best. The first season of the series was filmed on location around Sydney’s inner west suburbs, including Marrickville, Leichhardt, and Redfern. While we wait to find out all the Season 2 locations, here’s what we know about the already established Colin From Accounts filming locations:
Gordon’s House
Sydney Confidential located the real-life house that makes for the exterior of Gordon’s house. The former sewing factory is located at 33 Hopetoun Street in Camperdown, and is notable for its brick exterior, green garage and large painted number 33. In February 2010, the three bedroom, three bathroom home sold for $2.9 million.
Echo Park
In Season 1, the Stockade Brew Co in Marrickville was the filming location for Gordon’s Echo Park. Unfortunately, the real-life brewery announced in March 2023 that they were temporarily closing. Thus, production rebuilt the interior of Echo Park as a set for Season 2.
Speaking to Confidential, Patrick Brammall said that filming in the inner west just “made sense as the setting for the brewery”, and added a layer of authenticity to the show.
“Industrial but old houses, Victorian terraces, right next to warehouse. The flat paths are great for filming. It’s a very interesting area,” Brammall said.
The Hospital and Vet’s Office
In Colin From Accounts, Ashley and Meggles (Sarah Roberts) are completing their medical studies in a hospital. The filming location for these scenes is actually the University of Technology Sydney training hospital in Ultimo.
Finally, the Old Gladesville Hospital on Punt Road in Gladesville is the real-life location for both Yvette’s (Annie Maynard) vet clinic and Gordon’s neurologist.
Colin From Accounts is streaming now on BINGE.
